Poor service

I would like to express my disappointment in the service received at Cappuccinos Waverley Plaza today. Firstly the waitress that served us has very little knowledge of what the restaurant has to offer. I can understand if she is new on the job, but then it is her employer's task to make sure they get proper training. The menu has been updated, new items have been added and it all looks very nice and colourful. However, when I ordered a "freshly cold pressed juice", the two options were orange, beetroot blend or carrot, spinach blend. I chose the orange, beetroot blend, only to receive orange juice and were told that is the blend. On enquiring from management I then saw it is Sir juices from bottles which is either orange juice or the beetroot blend or the carrot blend or the spinach blend. They were all a bit confused when I tried to point out that the way the juices are advertised is not correct. (Most probably an error from head office) Secondly, our waitress not did once came around to find out if everything is in order. If she did I could have pointed out that I found a long co**** hair in my food and was put off completely. I also showed this to the manager and he just shook his head and said it is unacceptable and he will make sure it does not happen again. No apology was offered. For me personally it was the last time that I supported Cappuccinos Waverley.
