Poor Service

This in now the 2nd time we had a bad experience. First time we ordered Filit steak and received Rump steak. Last night we ordered a bottle of wine and a Focaccia for a starter. After the wine was finished and 40 minutes later we still did not receive our Focaccia. When asked the waiter again where is our food, he rushed back with our Focaccia and it was ice cold. I spoke to the manager and he promised me a new one. Waited 15 min again, I got up and left. Manager told me I don't have to pay for the wine. I went over to Mimmos and had an excellent meal. <br> <br> We use to have very nice experiences at this Cappuccinos but the last 2 outings was not good.
