POOR QUALITY GOOD AND MANAGEMENT

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p><br />i recently visited cappuccinos in Witbank Ridge Mall with my family. </p> <p>We had the best waiter his name is Suprise. i am pescovegetarian i ordered calamari starters and a vegetarian focaccia and the rest of my family orders their meals too.</p> <p>the challenge start when the food arrived , my calamari was over seasoned i ate and kept quiet.</p> <p>the focaccia came , i had one slice and the i just couldnt eat it . the base was dry , super thick and very stale . i asked for it to be packed and i was going to give away. but while we were seating my sister complained about her food i had a taste and it was over cooked prawns . i was still hungry so i spoke to the waiter and he said he will order me a salad and also speak to the manager .</p> <p>the manager Buhle came over with an attitude and she asked whats wrong , i politely explained to her and asked if i have had focaccia before its what i have all the time and she said that there is nothing wrong with the food , my sisters food and taken and a fresh plate was prepare and it was better i then said to her i will not pay for something i did not eat , when we had to pay for the bill the focaccia was on the bill and i explained im not paying she said i can leave without paying for it .. i paid R1200 and tipped the waiter R150 on the side . i am writing this review because i did not like how the manager handled the situation and humiliating me in front of my family and her staff.</p>
