POOR QUALITY FOOD AND "UNTRAINED" STAFF

My husband and I got a message from a family member with great deals at Cuppachinos. We desided to have lunch there yesterday, but with such huge dissatisfaction and disappointment.Myhusband ordered a 500g rump steak with chips, but a good 200g+ of the steak was pure fat and bone.. The meat so tough that it looked asif my husband was busy with a saw instead of a (what should have been) steakknife. I ordered a Gin and pink tonic, just to received a single tot of Gin on a plate... the waiter had clearly no idea that there is no way of drinking Gin without mix... I had to remind her about the tonic as well as ice.... I should really think that a trained waiter would have been more enducated with this type of things?? Diffinately NOT A GOOD experience - a expensive one as well although we had ready cooced meal at home, but thought to try out the "amazing" and offers on the message... Just another reminder not to rely on pictures.... I have taken photos and a video of our experience should it be requested.
