Patron falls in Restuarant

On Sunday the 22nd of March, my parents, children and I went for lunch at Cappaccino's in Greenstone shopping centre.<br> <br> I arrived 1st with my children and we were seated, my parents arrived about 15min later , on walking in my mother slipped and fell into another guests chair. She called the manager on duty this Sunday and explained to him what had just happened to which he responded \I don't want to fight but its probably your shoes"She said it wasn't her shoes and could well be the tiles to which he responded its not the tiles 500 people walk through the restuarant and no one has fallen"
