Pathetic Service

I went with my in-laws from the USA to Cappucino's Greenstone Mall for a quick lunch before they flew back to the USA. It took close on an hour to get our drinks, with no explanation was to what was going wrong. The waiters were unfriendly and did not have a clue what they were doing, the manager was even worse. The manager treated his staff like animals and had several, what can only be described as, verbal assaults on them in the middle of the restaurant. <br> <br> The drinks were horrible, cold coffee and watery milkshakes after an hour of waiting. <br> <br> I won't be going to a Cappucino's ever again after the experience at Greenstones. I am not prepared to waste money on ******* food/drinks and a really bad atmosphere.
