Pathetic and slow service

We had an extremely bad experience at Cappuccinos Clearwater. Service was poor and unacceptably slow. Waited almost 45 minutes for starters and then over an hour for mains. Even when we requested to speak to the manager, we had to wait 15 minutes! The mushrooms in our stromboli were raw, although we waited for so long! We will never eat here again.
