Out of the this service from Cappuccinos Brooklyn Pretoria

<p>After my sisters post graduation at the Univeristy of Pretoria we decided to go and have dinner at one of our favourite restaurants and seeing that my family lives in Johannesburg and I have been aboard we were excited by this notion.</p> <p>When we arrived as normal spectacular service and the waiters were great but unforutnately for some odd reason the menu changed and alot of the great dishes which we enjoyed were no longer on offer.</p> <p>I was not impressed as this looked like a menu one would find at Spur but then again I haven't eaten there in years so from my recollection of their menu I got this impression.</p> <p>Called the manager over and told him exactly what I thought of this and he behaved as a true gentleman and even though what we all wanted wasn't on the menu made a plan for us. Even when he came back to us with rediculous prices for items on the old menu he compromised that I was shocked as the professionalism was out of this world.</p> <p>Under normal circumstances I'm a nightmare customer as I used to run an exclusive members club and it is the entire experience that is important to me but this manager truly impressed me and the staff, the atmospher actually made it a night to remember but a memo to headoffice........this new menu shame on you for selling out!!!! Cappuccinos was all about the atmospherics and how other establishments couldn't even come close to you because what you offered was priceless. Unfortunately after all that debating and negotiating I will never go back to your establishments but I have to commend that manager on duty on the 25/04/2017. Truly a spectacular African Gentleman, great potential that is rarely seen to that extent.</p>
