No waiter managers playing outside

Me and my friend thought we would go for lunch at Cappuccino's Greenstone and how disappointing that was. We waiting about 45mins for our food, the waiter is playing outside the restaurant so I can not even get his attention to ask him, I had to stand up and go to one of the managers to ask where our food is and he's excuse was that 10 of the kitchen staff did not pitch for work today, if that is the case the manager should have communicated that with the tables. Regardless our food was cold, pasta had no souse on it and no one came back to ask us if we are still okay or how our food is. We asked for the bill and that also took about 20mins. The waiter had no name so I don't even know his name, Yuk
