Mould on food

After previous bad experiences at Cappuccino we though of giving them another try. What a disaster! My wife found mould on her tramezzini. After complaining to the manager and he telling us his story something about the supplier. I asked the manager for the bill. Eventually had to stand up and go and ask to speak to the manager and enquire as to my bill, at which point I got a different manager. As I returned to my table the waiter arrived with my bill and the original manager arrived?? So who is the manager as the other guy made me understood that he is the manager??. At least I didn't need to pay for her food. I seems things there are not getting any better!
