Is service really that bad in Secunda?

<p>I was greeted nicely at the door and seated. She took my drink order and it was a cappucino. It took aroud 20 minutes for a cappucino to be served and the place was not full. What really got to me was that the manager did not bother going to tables. He just went straight to the door and chatted with the other waiters. My waitress also disappeared for long and i asked someone else for the bill</p> <p> </p> <p>After all that, i was not going to order food, in fact, i dont see mysef seated at Cappucinos antime soon.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am new in Secunda and relocated from Gauteng. I dont know if my expectations are too high but i thought service is standard everywhere. I am yet to find a restaurant that will provide the efficent service i am used to</p>
