Incomplete Order

On Friday evening, 13.2, my husband went to Cappuccino's Menlyn to order some take away for us. The Hostess called a waiter to take the order. He ordered a Pizza and the Braai Special which comes with one starch and a veggie of your choice. Once the food arrived he noticed that the starch as well as the veggie for the Special was missing. After querying the Hostess (white young female with glasses) told him that when ordering the Special for take away the starch and veggies are excluded. Okay, let me understand this. We are paying the full price for the meal but we only get to take away the meat?? Yes, that is exactly how it was. So we are in fact paying for something which we did not get! My husband got tired arguing after the hostess expressed her disinterest in assisting. When he arrived at home I was left with only eating meat. I phoned Cappuccino's and requested to speak to the manager who seemed very shocked and told me that this order was definitely not right - it should have come with the starch and veggies. He promised to investigate and phone me back. To date, no one even bothered phoning us back - sad, sad service - I will definitely advertise this matter further!!
