HORRIBLE BIRTHDAY

<p>My family took me for a birthday breakfast last weekend to Cappuccino Clearwater, and what a horrible begining to my day. We waited 5 minutes for our drinks orders to be taken, and HALF AN HOUR later (after we asked) we were told that there was a problem with the coffee machine, and that's why our drinks were taking so long. So we advised them to drink the non-coffee drinks, another ten times passed, and still nothing. Eventually, I said if the drinks didn't come, we would leave, another 3 minutes from there, we finally received it. no s****s, when we asked the waitress from s****s, she takes s****s out of her pocket!!!and gives it to us, and it was dirty!!!!!!. Then our food comes and it was warm. We were so fed-up by then, and hungry, that we ate as fast as we could and left. Utterly, utterly disappointed by the poor service.</p>
