Great food but shockingly slow service

On Sunday 11th October my wife and I went to Cuppuccinos in Ilanga Mall Nelspruit for a late afternoon lunch/early supper. On entering we had to wait until we called someone to ask them where we could be seated. We then waited for a menu and after about 10 minutes and some frantic waving we got one were asked what we wanted. We each ordered a burger a again a long (20 minutes or so) wait followed until a manager came and apologized for the delay. The burger was really good (that is why it is 2 stars and not 1) but when my wife asked for mayonnaise for her chips she was told it would cost R17 extra. I have never been asked to pay extra for a normal condiment before at any restaurant.

We then again had to beg for a menu to order dessert. But neither of the desserts we wanted was available. Pity about the service because I will really have to be convinced to go back there.
