Disgusting food - Southdown Centurion
The worst way to spend a special day is complaining about the poor quality of food as this is what we experienced that The Southdown's Centurion Cappuccino's, Every dish brought to us was of inferior quality and after a food few complaints to the manager (friendly woman) we asked to speak to the owner who did not take so kindly to criticism instead defended the quality of food...a simple dish like burger could not even be executed the right way(rock solid and wood dry soggy lettuce and pass expiry date tomato), calamari was rubbery and sand, Liver was vile. Even their chips was 3rd grade until we asked for a fresh batch then we got probably from a special batch. The restaurant was not very busy when we got there no there were no excuses for the waiter to not take down what we ordered properly. to add insult to injury we were in clear view of staff standing in around sticking his fingers up his nose which is the intimate put off.....so after a R800 bill we left with disgust ......REALLY people...WAKE UP
