Cuppachinos Waverly

I recently ordered two slices of carrot cake from Cuppachinos Waverly . When the cake arrived it was extremely dry and the frosting actually detached from the cake sponge due to to the dryness. The texture and flavour of the cake reminded me of an old carpet. I sent them a message on uber eats ( as this is where I ordered from) and attached a picture . The app notified me that I will hear back from this specific restaurant. To this day I have not heard a single word , and am astonished to see that they are happy to serve their customers old , terrible and dry food . I will definitely not support them again , and would also not recommend them to anyone . As Gordon Ramsey would say , “ **** me , wow , thats ghastly “
