Cuppachinos Middelburg Mall Utter Nonsense - Terrible Service & Distasteful Food

Cuppachinos Middelburg Mall has the worst service and extremely insolent people and manager. The waitress that was serving us did not greet us, introduce herself and welcome us. She treated us as if she was doing us a favour by serving us. We sat inside and it was hot we went outside she came to us and **** saying she cancelled our drinks cause we left and I told her we did say we going outside as I followed her inside she chuckled and said I was lying here are your drinks 🙄 my goodness. I ordered an Alfredo she didn’t give me pasta options and brought it with spaghetti 😡 who eats Alfredo with spaghetti?! Then she got my order wrong I asked for a Chai Latte with Almond Milk and she brought a Cafe Latte she did not apologize and just threw the second latte at my table and with an attitude she said I hope this one is right she turned and left the food was not nice at not worth the price the hake, calamari and chips were greasy and the chips were stale the pasta was not cooked well and the chai I got was not made to expectations as the last time I was there. I really had high hopes but the service is disappointing the food is not worth it. I’m not pleased at all lastly the manager kept laughing at my complaints I paid the bill and left furiously and I’m never going back there they totally ruined my experience in Middelburg
