****py service/off cream and a bad attitude too!

My boyfriend and I went out to the cuppucinos branch at The Grove mall in Lynwood tonight to have some cuppucinos and dinner (eventually, if only they'd offer....mind you it's been 30 min and no one has bothered to ask us???)<br> When our cuppucinos finally arrived (mine with foam and his with cream), the cream was off! <br> We first struggled to get hold of any of the waiters who happened to be standing around. When we finally got someone's attention, the waiter just took the cup back to the bar--no apologies, no empathy or give-a-damn attitude whatsoever. <br> After 20min we received the second cuppucino--guess what? The cream was off too...isn't that something....? One would at least expect them to taste the cream before they send it out! <br> We sent that one back and the manager(once again not a single sorry) said that it was new cream and we have to get a foam cuppucino. No one bothered to check up on us afterwards and completely ignored us for the rest of the evening....will never return! Also, the manager on duty is not very friendly or interested in doing his job. He sent a junior manager to deal with the complaint and has been hanging around the kitchen all night instead of the floor.
