Cappuccinos rotten food

<p>I was served rotten pork riblets at this cappuccinos restaurant. I complained but only the rotten portion was removed and the smell was still in the plate..</p> <p>Just cause I'm black as always never taken serious... the manager ignored like nothing happened.. paid full price for food I hardly ate only the wors and the literally raw chicken..</p>
