Cappuccinos miss alignment

Cappuccinos Carnival Mall, drove 30km to have supper, based on their website menu, once there, the actual menu was totally different, nothing we wanted to eat!!! Ordered a strawberry milkshake, only to get just soft serve ice cream, they have no idea how a millkshake is made...needles to say we paid for our drinks and left. Sorry to say Cappuccinos will never see my family and I ever again.
