Bad Service on Mother Day!!!

My Sister and I took my mum to Cappuccinos yesterday for Mothers Day, we thought it would be a nice treat for her. Firstly they got my mums Drink order wrong (took a while to get that back), then there we no cookies with any of our drinks (they were apparently out of stock meanwhile other people had), my mums breakfast arrives and her bacon is rock hard and they also forgot to bring any butter, jam or salt so we had to wait a while for that. The Pasta dish that I ordered was tasteless.<br> Cappuchinnos didnt even try do anything special for the mothers, not a flower, special service. Hell man Mothers day is once a year. Thanx for disappointing my mum and wasting our money!!!!!<br> <br>
