Bad service from a waitron

I visited Cappuccinos -Greenstone Mall, on Monday morning 12 Feb 2018 @ about 10h00 and gave my order to a male waitron. A female waitron delivered my meal. On finishing my meal I waited a while for a waitron to come around and give me my tab, but none were forthcoming, so I raised my hand and asked for my tab from the male waitron who served my in the1st place, who I believe in turn advised the female waitron, who delivered delivered my meal that I was waiting. She was at this stage helping a young couple busy on their laptop at another table. The male waitron did eventually deliver my tab, I filled in the tip and waited again. After about 10 min she was still at the same table, so I asked a 2nd time from a group of about 3 to collect my tab. He again asked the female waitron (Maria i believe he called her) that I was waiting . (Why could he not just have collected it) She again looked in my direction but stayed with the couple she was serving for another 5 min before coming to my table. I politely tried to explain that I had been waiting a long timen and that she could have asked another waitron to collect my tab, but before I could finish, she stated very abruptly that she was busy with other customers, and could not just leave them and come to me. Not wanting to get into an argument I said, forget it, scratched out the tip, got my change after receiving it in a very rude manner, and left. A perfectly good Monday morning ruined by very bad service.
