bad service & bad quality

After going to the cinema, my girlfriend and i went to a cappuccino's outlet in Somerset Mall for a light lunch and some coffee. The service was chaotic, our cutlery came almost 10 minutes after the food had already arrived. The the coffee was very bad, milk over steamed and beans over ground. My french loaf sandwich tasted horrible, it had thick slabs of polony like ham and mustard that tasted like a pot of salt was dumped in it, *****ing the entire meal. We made no comments and issue, just reserved our right not to pay tip, which was received with a miserable attitude of the waiter and not even a parting greeting. Not impressed and will never tell anybody to choose them as a dining venue.
