Bad service

Hello Peter…..I arrived at the restaurant (Cappuccinos mall of the North)at 18:30,placed on a dirty table for 15min ….10 min passed than my drink arrived same time with the people who came after me ….20:03pm my food hasn’t arrived,I asked for the manager and she just left while I was standing and waiting for her..…….on top of that …customers who arrived after me received their order in 20min ….the restaurant was not even full …..it’s the worst service ever …manager (Makosha) Thank u.
