Bad Manager - Clearwater Mall

<p>It is with great disappointment that I need to inform you of our very unpleasant experience at Cappuccinos Clearwater Mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Saturday 01/07/2017, myself and three lady friends decided to visit Cappuccinos and try out the half price ****tail special.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ****tails were great! We all had a good time, the restaurant was empty with only two other tables occupied.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a while the manager who was very rude, told us to keep it down.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />We were all shocked with her attitude towards us. She treated us like children. (We are all very successful woman with children of our own)</p> <p> </p> <p>How could she treat paying customers like garbage when she is already sitting with an empty restaurant?</p> <p> </p> <p>We immediately asked for the bill and she gave it to us, still with such a terrible attitude. </p> <p> </p> <p>We will never return to Cappuccinos Clearwater or any other branch for that matter. I will also convince everybody I know and meet to do the same!</p> <p> </p> <p>It was such a lovely evening spoilt by a bad manager.</p>
