Bad food and bad service

On the 07/02/2015 we went for our usual mother daughter breakfast at Cappuccinos ERM.<br> We sat and ordered our breakfast, we waited extremely long for our food, and to my disappointment, when our food finally arrived the toasted chicken mayo was frozen and so was my breakfast and the toast was soggy wet. We sent it back and waited extremely long again, the toasted sandwich was better however the breakfast was just as bad, the patty was red raw and ice cold, again sent it back, lady manager there shouted at the waiter as if he had cooked the ******* food, and she had the attitude that we were just full of nonsense.<br> <br> After being a Saturday morning regular for the last two years and having craved their food during my chemotherapy, I am REALLY disappointed. I will never go there again
