Bad Experience At Cappuccino's

We regulary dine at Cappuccino's and have always enjoyed the experience but, horrifically<br> on Sunday the 25th January all that changed.<br> <br> We were welcomed and seated. The waiter did not bother to greet us or to introduce himself<br> to us. He just handed us our menu's and left. Minutes later he returned asked us what we'd <br> like to drink and took our order.<br> <br> Once our drink order was ready he then put our drinks on the table and just left without<br> indicating which drink belonged to whom. I waved at him to come over as we<br> were not sure regarding the drinks but, all I got in return is \I am busy with customers
