Bad bad service

I had the worst experience at cappuccinos the Grove mall in Pretoria. Firstly I had to pay for a meal that I basically didn't order cause we had a miscommunication with the waiter and my sister ordered a medium rare steak she basically got a raw steak and we ordered a pot of tea and found hair inside it was so bad cause we were even afraid to tell them about the hair saga overall the service was bad and I'm not happy at all definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.
