Bad attitude

Myself and my husband went for a second time to Cappuccino's in Somerset Mall.<br> The first time we waited for more than a hour for breakfast, it was on opening day and thought that is was just teething problems. <br> The second time I ordered Beef Lasagna and husband ordered a pizza. <br> His pizza was okay, not amazing, on the other hand my Lasagna was a dish of cheese. <br> The beef (2 forks) was drained in oil and no lasagna pasta in sight, it was disgusting! !<br> At the end I had some of the pizza. <br> When the waitress came to take the dishes away, I told her I was not happy and showed her the dish, filled with just cheese.<br> She was sweet and said that she will bring it under the manager's attention. <br> The manager Gareth, was a few feet away from us, when she mentioned the lasagna to him, he rep****... \Tell them the cheese is expensive that's what they pay for"<br> I was super discussed! ! !<br> Just wanted to get out of there...<br> <br> It was not removed from the bill.<br> And It will be the last time that we will support them again!<br> With that attitude they will lose a lot of customers and quick.
