Attitude and Dirty Crockery

We dined at this restaurant on 17 April 2015. We had been there before with no problems. Since we are vegetarian we previously opted for the Pizza with pineapple and 'ham' with the ham being replaced by avocados. The menu indicates that amongst others additions including ham, pineapple, avocados etc cost the same which is R16,50. so if one replaces the ham with avocados- shouldn't be a problem. So as we had always done in the past we opted for the same, only to be told by a 'supervisor' I presume, named Jay that we could go that route, but we will only get a few sprinklings of avocado because the portion sizes was not the same when you add on... the additions are smaller - can't understand this. Anyways we went ahead and ordered. Our meal with the barest of avocados arrived a good 50 mins later. The plates were improperly washed, there weres still traces of cheese and herb on them Fortunately, for us Jay witnessed us wiping the plates, but he did absolutely nothing to replace them
