Absolutely pathetic

<p>Went for a breakfast this morning 02-01-2017 as the service etc. Is usually excellent, but today was absolutely pathetic Me, my sister and my 3 year old little girl ordered our food, before my sister ordered her food she asked the waiter if she can stop her hash brown for chips and the waiter said no problem, after a while the food arrived without a hash brown nor chips, and no bambino breakfast for my little girl, it was another waiter that brought the breakfast, so we told him she ordered chips and he said impossible it does not come. E with chips, so the manager comes past about 15-20 minutes later and we stopped him to ask where is the chips and my little one's breakfast and he came back with the food, the plate was scorching hot I mean she is 3 years old, she burned her arm a blister on the plate. Absolutely pathetic I will never go there again and we go there quite often I almost lost it....... </p>
