Inferior Product from Online order

I ordered from Online Advert a Pair of ***bow Boots advertised by Capprie. Paid R2500.00 for the item and on arrival the product was totally inferior to what the advert showed. Now that I want to return the item I am finding it challenging to get a BUFEX number from them to return the goods in order to get my refund. Once I sent them my complaint about the inferior product they tried to negotiate percentage discounts several times with me to keep the product. I am not interested in the product and want my refund. This Company has no good intentions and do false advertising.
