Worst customer service

The worst customer service ever.

Firstly, after 10 minutes of waiting and anticipating a waiter to provide us with Menus we had to make ourselves home and look for a menu. Thereafter, another 10 minutes had passed by waiting for a waiter to take my order and to my surprise no one came there. Called a lady who just looked at us like we have no idea what we doing when we asked to be helped, SHE TOLD NO ONE TO COME AND ADSIST US..... we called another waiter who took out order and after requesting water we got served water with no straws.... anyways sitting there thinking out food would arrive soon another waiter tells us his taking over and he will see us through..... but waiting for fifteen minutes not asking where’s the order or is it placed looks at us like the food will fall from the ceiling ......

Nevertheless, they had no order and thereafter a weak apology.

I will never go back to capello at OR Tambo. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Don’t need service like that in my life for not so great food...
