WHAT A DISGRACE :/

<p>I decided go to Capellos in Newtown Junxion to celebrate my birthday with my friend. When we get there the waitress was fine she took our drinks orders and then came back for our meals. While we were deciding my friend told me that she has been at the restuarant many times before and she has always had a problem with the staff. When the waitress came to take our orders she told us that they dont make pizza on Sundays and I couldn't understand why she couldn't have told us that before the customers order because that is how things are supposed to be done. We asked her to give us some time to decide on something else but I was really annoyed because there was nothing else I was interested in having. Then after 5 minutes she comes back with another waitress and says "guys I am knocking off this will be your new waitress, I am going home". I asked them if this is how they do things whilst they are at work cause they were being to unprofessional and the new waitress gave me such a bad attitude which annoyed me even further. Her name was Michelle is I remember correctly. At that point I was completely irritated by how unprofessional the employees at Capellos Newtown Junxion are. To make things worse after telling us about our new waitress the old one goes off laughing and joking making noise jumping around I was really confused as to why people are acting like this whilst at work. I remember when I was working in a restuarant we would get into so much trouble for doing half the things those people did at Capellos because our manager always stressed the improtance of being professional around customers. After all of that disapointing service the new waiteress then arrives with our food that we ordered and the chips on that plate were so dry I couldn't even believe it!!!</p>
