Skip Capps at OR thambo

We were at the airport to greet loved ones and we had to change our orders 3 times..first no ice cream for milkshakes and then again could not give Irish or salted caramel frappes. This is so not on ... we will rather not order a meal as this is horrific ... This after struggling to get hold of service in the first place.
