We went last night to Cappelos in Jhb international ,one of our bags got ****** taken by a customer also eating or drinking behind us ,when we realized it was gin so we’re the customers ,We ran all over looking for them but no one new how they looked I when to ask for the maneger and her name was Petunia and she told me the owner had the keys to open to check the footage ,then I was referred to the top maneger Mike when I approached him I asked him to please help us to try phone the owner see if he can help us it was a emergency as we were boarding at 9 pm ,his answer was I wount do it ,I asked him plse and he just didn’t even care about asking or even worrying what happpen he just told me to go to the police I was so angry I shouted at him what type again maneger are you ,he just carried on his phone and ignored me ,personally I don’t think his fit to be in that position cause he wasn’t even bothered,I have phoned 3 times today to speak to the owner and I get told always what is it in connection with , his name is Shane still waiting for his call all day
