****** and bad attitude

Yesterday 22aug at cappello we bought drinks only to know that we have to go before we even reserve the drinks ( 6pack heineken 330ml bottles still closed), only to find out that that at cappello they do nt void for what ever reason. Ok we asked for the manager Justin he came but he only made things worst telling us that let ud forget we nt getting our money back if we wanna go with the drinks we can take the drinks with us( note cappello is not a bottle store there licence doent allow that). Ok we deny.that. The next thing he say if he refunds us that money is gonna be taken from the bartenders salary(who served us). And we deny because the bartender has ntn to do with this. To cut the story short Justin is nt worthy to be a manager, he doent know and understand what a customer is, please review his qualification I'm sure he got that job through ********. Thanks sipho
