MAD CUSTOMER

So firstly I was wrongly accused of not paying my bill. I was man handled to the back by the staff. Secondly I decided to go again which is today 18th of December 2015 cause I had nothing to hide as I am a brand loyal customer and i decided to go buy a pack of cigarettes at the vending machine after I had purchased my beer at the counter trying to avoid opening a tab and having to experience problems that had happened before. Anyway as I buy my pack of cigarettes at the vending machine. The pack doesn't come out.... as I ask for assistance not was willing to help me. Even the manager himself was complacent when me telling him I have never experienced such incompetency in my life especially from cappellos for it is one of the biggest restaurants. Is this the same treatment they will give to tourists aswell? I would like heavy measures to be taken cause this is utterly wrong on so many levels.
