I was locked in the ladies for over 15 minutes

I was locked in the toilet for over 15 minutes, and the manager nor the staff apologised, instead they sent over 3 shots of strawberry lips,and no formal apology or whatsoever. Really disappointed in the disappointment carried through by the staff and management, I wouldn't not refer anyone to this place
