Disgusted Customer

We booked a lounge for a friends baby shower at Capello Newtown Junction, when we got the we are told that the lounge is booked by people who paid for a R2500 bottle of alcohol. The manager we got when we came said we needed to pay R500 which we did six weeks prior to the date which is 04 September 2021. When we get here the manager we had spoken to and made a payment to is at another branch, the one that's here won't even talk to us she sends a waiter to do her dirty work and won't even apologize to us. So now we can't get the lounge we had booked. We now look like unorganized fools while they "fix us space to chill at" .
