Disgust with Capellos Sunnypark Pretoria

I went to Capellos with my sister this afternoon. The service we got from the waitress when we walked in was welcoming, she was energetic. We were impressed, little did we know that that was the last good thing we would experience.

We sat down and ordered our meals, and this transpired: We ordered Beef kebab with salad, the chef just said they don’t have it, no clear explanation of what’s missing.

Mandela pizza-they had no mushroom and no avocado

Mango juice was expired, the waitress even confirmed cause she tasted it too. This whole time the waitress keeps going back and forth to the kitchen and coming back with “we don’t have that”. The supervisor was watching all this transpire and said nothing. I asked for the manager and I was told he/she is not in. So I asked for the supervisor. Only when I asked him to come over he then apologized and got us the sauce because apparently the chef didn’t want us to have the sauce saying it doesn’t come with wings. I specifically asked if there was sauce for the wings and was told by the waitress that it comes with everything.

I should mention, I am very disgusted with the service I received. The waitress ended up being loud all in the name of trying to get us what we needed. We stayed just for her sake but otherwise never again will we be setting foot in that place. Capellos need to fix themselves.
