Disgraceful

On 2 January 2018 we sat down at cappello maun and ordered our food. After waiting for more than an hour, they brought out burned and stale food. The other half of our party did not even receive their food, and after another half an hour they brought only the meat and fish, and said, ah we dont have chips, we are making roasted veggies. No one asked for roasted veggies, and that took another half an hour. The service is really bad and the food was even more so. I will never ever again put a foot in that restaurant again. And the manager didnt do anything to help the situation. I am appalled.
