Cappello’s are *****’s !

I went to the Capello’s in long street Cape Town, services was great and so was the music vibe and everything. I was there the 25th of August 2022 and paid my bill, however a week later they deducted the exact amount once again off my account. I called head office, direct messaged on Facebook, instagram and tried Twitter. Finally someone contacted me via Instagram and asked for my details, finally spoke via WhatsApp then had me send the proof of deductions. They let me know it will be discussed with the manager, however that’s the lastI heard from them, I phone an message and nothing has happened
