Doesn’t even deserve a one star!!!

Disgusted with the way management and waiters carried on with my friends and I!

We have been going to Cappellos every Friday, so we are regulars!! The owner said he didn’t want my friend there (a regular for the last 4 years!!!!) so he came to say goodbye to us and then the waiter came and started hitting my friend continuously on the shoulder!!! My friend wasn’t even aggressive or anything!! He was just saying goodbye!!!!!

Then when I said I wasn’t going to come back because of the way my friend was treated THE MANAGER (of all people) told me “Okay” and then “goodbye” in an arrogant and snobby manner!!! Honestly the worst experience and I can say I will never go there again! Thank you Cappello Kempton Park for showing me the true way you treat people!! They do not care for their customers!!
