Bad food and terrible service at Cappello, OR Tambo international airport 😡

On Monday The 27th of March 2023 I ordered food at Capello located inside theOR Tambo International airport. I ordered pasta and I told the waiter that the pastor is terrible and since she had left me when she bought food I haven’t even eaten that much I only took one bite and the food was absolutely terrible no taste the sauce was bad and runny absolutely terrible I told the waiter and she told me that there is nothing that can be done and it is what it is I found this very very bad for restaurant especially because I will be paying with my own money and I doubt anyone wants to pay for bad food so the restaurant didn’t do anything I was highly disappointed and I told myself that I’m never ever returning to any Capello because of this bad experience. Super angry about this. I even had to resort in throwing away the food. That’s how bad it was.
