Absolutely disgusting

<p>Took my aunt from scotland for tea and cake and she found a hair in her tea and the tea was cold and the cake was stale</p> <p> when she complained to the manager and was spoken to rudly. The manager had the nerve to say "with all due respect, which of our staff have blond hair".... i will never ever go to capellos OR Tambo again</p>
