80% of food items on the menu not available. Why is this Restaurant still operating
On the 26 October 2017, I was in Pretoria for Business as I stay in Polokwane. I was with 2 business associates. We needed to have a working lunch and this Capello was closer to where we were conducting business then we went in for a bite to it. I ordered a Chicken Salad and Prawns. They said to me they do not have the chicken salad. I then chose another item, Calamari, They did not even have it. My Associate wanted their steak with Vegetables, they said the only vegetables they have is chips (Fries). I asked for another item fried mushrooms. Once again they did not have. I then asked for a Passion and Lemonade Drink, then was served Dry Lemon which I returned. Then I was finally told by the waitress that they were out of stock. I asked a question to say are restaurants not supposed to get fresh produce deliveries daily and drinks to be augmented as they continue to serve customers. She said they do not have stock. I then ordered Ribs and Wings which the wings were badly cooked. Some customers who were seated close by commented that if I need fresh food, I must just forget about the Capello Sunnyside. I asked for wet wipes and was given water in a bowl with a dirty dishcloth to wipe my hands. So my final comment to the waitress was "why are you open if you are selling nothing" The franchisor must close that restaurant as the franchisee is clearly operating a ****a shop or maybe a tarvern there as that restaurant does not even deserve a one star rating. There is no food and drinks there
