Putrid experience

Putrid experience. I ordered a pizza (ham & mushroom) and my husband ordered the majesty burger. When my order arrived, with the first bite, I found a piece of cloth in my pizza. My husband's order came 10 minutes later with a missing ingredient. We called the manager, who said absolutely nothing. They sent our order back to the kitchen, and we waited another 20 minutes for our food. When our food came back, they gave me a different pizza! We then called the manager again who only apologized then. Our waiter Sphamandla was way more helpful than the manager. The table next to us received no service at all. Their waiter completely disappeared. Once again, Sphamandla assisted them.
