I'm am so disgusted!

Why this restaurant is still open, I wish I knew how and why! If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I have never been so disgusted in all my life at the service that we received! After our drink order came and poured my drink into a glass I found small black hairs and small black pieces of I don't know what floating in my glass. When I confronted the waiter and asked for a new drink and clean glass she said that she would have to charge me for that! Just by that comment, my wife and I got up and said we are leaving! The waiter was so dumbstruck she didn't know what to do...

As we got to our car the waiter came running saying she is so sorry and asking for money for the drink that I didn't even drink...! I walked back into the restaurant to find her trying to explain what happened to the manager 'who was relaxing on the couch and couldn't actually give a **** about the situation at hand'!

Anyway I gave her money (R50 note) for the coke my wife had to drink which I thought to atleast pay for. When she brought me my change (R20 note) I thought to myself '**** R30 for a freaken coke! Which means she even just took a tip for herself!

I am SO DISGUSTED! I will never ever be returning to this place ever again!
