Capital Vapes Randburg.

So, I bought a Kylin 2 mini RTA from Capital Vapes Randburg yesterday. The atomiser does not fire on my mod, which is a Vandyvape swell mod. I went back to the shop today, and we tested another Kylin mini RTA 2 on my mod and it worked, so something is definitely not right with the one I bought. The shop did not want to do a swap out, or a refund now I sit with the problem. This is unacceptable customer service.

I will take this further with the national consumer commission.
